Well, this would be my maiden post, I suppose. Seeing as I'm not sure whether I'll tell anyone this exists, I'd probably better not say anything too incriminating. Actually, this empty blog has been sitting around for about a month... there were times when I felt like I had something to say, but they passed before I really made it to the computer.
I went up to Berkeley today with H and Tiff to warm up Sue-Ting and Mel's new apartment. I told myself I would socialize with new people but haha, that didn't really happen. I also dragged up a bag full of old clothes to try to sell to Buffalo Exchange--it was an interesting and vaguely nerve-wracking experience because basically, what happens is that the people at the sell counter look at each one of your items and decides on the spot whether or not it is worthy of being bought to be resold there... it's kind of embarrassing having item after item rejected as unsuitable, substandard, or just so uncool that it would never sell. I ended up getting $13.83 out of it and left with my bag of clothes just about as heavy as when I arrived.
I'm feeling reflective, but I haven't really got the energy to say too much now. Strange hanging out with Tiff all day. The three person group made me nervous because of bad history with three person groups, maybe. Speaking of maybe, my cell phone's text predictor suggested "maybes" as the word when i started to type maybe.
